As a Checkmate® user you have a quick, effective option for locating parts that are not currently in your inventory. Car-Part Exchange is a parts-locating solution internal to Checkmate, which means you never have to leave your Checkmate program to find the parts you need. Car-Part Exchange provides you with immediate access to the inventories of the yards you frequently do business with. By mutual agreement, these selected yards become your Exchange Partners in Checkmate. Inventory data from your Exchange Partners is uploaded nightly and the inventory stored in Checkmate. This nightly upload provides you with a one-key search capability to locate a part quickly.
To use Car-Part Exchange just search for the part you need in Checkmate. If you don't have the part in inventory, press your designated F-key to determine if the part is available from one of your Exchange Partners.
Select the part you want. If you are a Car-Part Messaging customer, you can contact the other recycler immediately by clicking on the link at the top of the page.
Car-Part Messaging fills in the information about the part you are looking for. Just type your message and press Enter.
