Scam Alert

A Car-Part recycler reported the following:

A person by the name of Carter Adams has been ordering parts to be shipped to Illinois. The contact information that he has been using is:

Phone number: 312-600-0335
Email: CarAdams680 [at] gmail.com

If you Google the email address, it will return results for Richland Auto. Richland Auto has indicated that they are not connected with him in any way, and is also one of the yards he has tried to scam. It has been reported that he has tried to scam yards in Michigan and Indiana. It's also likely that he has tried to scam yards in Illinois, since that is the state he is having them shipped to.
