Car-Part Pro to Go Live This Summer!
Here at Car-Part.com, we're gearing up for a very exciting summer. Why? Our newest service, Car-Part Pro, is going live very soon! Car-Part Pro puts your parts in front of professional repairers, body shops, and insurance appraisers. These professionals will use the Car-Part Pro search to narrow their results by service information like warranties, recycler certifications, and (most importantly!) delivery time. Right now, one of the biggest obstacles keeping shops and insurance adjustors from purchasing recycled parts is the lack of reliable delivery estimates. With Car-Part Pro, we use the information you give us about the way your business runs to produce accurate delivery dates and other service level information so there are no unpleasant surprises. This trust leads to more sales for you from these high-volume buyers. You can also broker parts on the Car-Part Pro search, allowing you to offer these customers even more of the parts they need.
When you sign up for Car-Part Pro, we will work with you to learn how your business operates. Once we have all the information we need, your inventory will automatically start appearing in Car-Part Pro searches along with all the accurate information these professionals need to make a purchasing decision. Once you're configured for Car-Part Pro, you're done! There's nothing more you need to do.
Car-Part Pro can even boost your warranty sales! When people search for a part using the Car-Part Pro search, they can search by desired warranty. If you have a warranty that is greater than or equal to the warranty the search specifies, your part and warranty will show up in the search results. If you don't offer warranties already, now is a great time to start because Car-Part Pro will sell warranties for you.

Did You Know?
With your written consent, Car-Part can forward your inventory information to several destinations, based on your individual yard's authorization form. Your data can be forwarded to Mitchell, CCC, and/or ARASC. Mitchell and CCC are software estimating providers for shops and the insurance industry. ARASC forwards VIN information to CarFax and Experian to be used in vehicles' title histories. ARA is compensated for this feed, so when you opt to forward your VIN information, you are giving back to the recycling community!
If you would like to change any of your forwarding preferences, contact your support rep or salesperson. If you opt to start forwarding your inventory, you will be required to sign a consent form. We will not forward any data without your signature on this form.
