 "Live Chat" Now "Live Service" on Car-Part Pro
The results page on Car-Part Pro now features a Live Service icon in place of the previous Live Chat icon. We have made this change because we believe the term Live Service more accurately portrays what this feature has to offer the buyer. On the recycler side, nothing has changed. Messages sent through Live Service will still appear in your iCPM along with information about what the buyer has searched for. This is a name change only.
We will make the same change on the Car-Part.com results page in the future, but for now this change is only live on the Car-Part Pro results.
