The 2014 Car-Part Industry Conference features:

Keynote speaker Chip Lackey, Senior Director at J.D. Power & Associates responsible for Claims in the Global Insurance Practice, addresses parts and their effect on customer satisfaction for auto insurers and repairers
Keynote speaker Jeff Schroder, presents "Car-Part Innovations for Your Future"
Friday and Saturday workshops (6 per time slot!)
Business and HR issues, industry updates, and hot recycling topics
One-on-one, personalized training
Hands-on inventory training on vehicles in the parking lot

Catch up with old friends at the "kickoff" reception Thursday evening, network at the Cincinnati vs. Miami Marlins baseball game on Friday, and rock on Saturday night with the VW Beetles, Car-Part's very own phenomenal band! There may not be a "Ringo," but they're all our stars!

We work hard to make the conference affordable for you and your staff, who will return to work trained and motivated! Early Bird fee is $180 per attendee and expires June 6.
