Make data-driven decisions that optimize inventory management with Checkmate's new Inventory reports. They'll help you monitor inventory value, manage vehicles, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks!

Most of the new reports are opened and used in Microsoft Excel, giving you powerful sorting and filtering abilities to customize and interact with your data:
- Inventory Aging Summary by Dollar Amount - Evaluate inventory turnover and estimate selling/replacement value of your current inventory.
- Price Book Changes Report - Track changes to Price Book prices.

Spotlight on Vehicles
Several new reports help with vehicle management:
- Dismantled Vehicles Report - Easily review vehicles dismantled in a selected date range.
- Dismantling Instructions Report - For this Fast Report, enter a stock number and get instructions for the dismantler about what to do with each part.
- Stock Number Analysis Report - Review sales, credits, and remaining parts for a vehicle.
- VUC Report - Determine which vehicles to scrap.

No Parts Left Behind
Make sure no parts slip through the cracks with these new reports:
- eBay Part Status Listing Report - Review inventory listed on eBay and identify parts to relist (that were sold but unpaid).
- Parts Deleted from Work Orders - Prevent losing parts that were dropped from work orders.
- Image History Report - Review image activity for parts and make sure your parts have images for online part listings.

Find All New Reports
Beside the reports in this email, there are also new reports on the Sales, Management, and Round Table tabs. Easily see all of the new reports by opening Checkmate Reports, and searching for "NEW" in the search bar. This brings up every report that's new. And make sure you keep an eye out for other emails about new reports!

To access these new reports, you must be on Checkmate version 2023R1 (Build 94) or higher.

- If you're on the latest version of Checkmate, but you don't see these new reports, talk to your salesperson about upgrading your reports package.
