Easier Cash Drawer Balancing with Daily Register Reports
2 new Daily Register reports give you an easier way to balance your cash drawer at the end of the day (if you are used to using the Daily Sales Journal in Checkmate Retro, you should really check these out!). These reports are in the Excel format and are available in the Sales section of Checkmate Reports.
Daily Register Summary Report
Use this report when you just want a quick-to-run summary of the transactions for a certain yard and date range.
The Daily Register Summary Report shows a summary of front office and back office transactions. The cash drawer total is shown along with tax amounts.
|
|
Daily Register Detail Report
Use this report when you want to see a detailed and comprehensive view of all transactions, both front office and back office, for a certain yard and date range.
The Daily Register Detail Report has similar summary information to the
Summary report, but it also includes a comprehensive and detailed view of all types of transactions. Multiple tabs show details for sales, payments, credits/returns, charges, charge credits, deposits, and pallet charges.

Vehicles Per Employee Reports - Excel
The 2 new Vehicles per Employee reports are new Excel versions of two pre-existing Crystal reports.
These reports show the average number of vehicles entered per employee in a yard, for the current year and previous 3 years. Each report shows data in a table with 2 additional tabs that show charts.
- The RT Vehicles per Employee Report shows vehicles per employee by quarter. You can find it on the Round Table tab in Checkmate Reports.
|
- The Vehicles per Employee Report shows vehicles per employee by month. It's on the Management tab in Checkmate Reports.
