Average Shipping Charges Report
The new Average Shipping Charges Report is in the Sales section of Checkmate Reports. It shows sales that had line-item shipping/freight charges.
- Use the Part Averages tab to review total and average shipping charges alongside total and average part prices.
- The By Part tab lets you drill into freight costs for specific part codes, making it easier to identify trends, spot inconsistences, and adjust pricing or shipping strategies where needed.

Inventory Analysis Report
The new Inventory Analysis Report is in the Management section of Checkmate Reports.
This report helps you see how efficiently your vehicle inventory is turning into profit; not just how much you’ve sold, but how much those sales actually cost you. By seeing the cost of goods sold percentage alongside projected and actual sales, you can quickly understand vehicle profitability.
The report also gives you a clearer picture of your current inventory value and future earning potential. You can evaluate how long vehicles take to break even, compare projected sales to real-world results, and understand how much value remains in your inventory. Whether you’re reviewing past performance, planning ahead, or supporting financial and tax reporting, this report turns complex inventory data into insight you can act on with confidence.

Inventory by Date Entered Report
The new Inventory by Date Entered Report is in the Inventory section of Checkmate Reports.
This report gives you a simple way to see which parts were added to your inventory during a specific time period, including parts that have already sold. It’s useful for confirming inventory activity and understanding how much new inventory is flowing into your yard over time.
The table on the right of the report shows totals and averages, including average retail and wholesale prices so you can quickly spot pricing trends as new inventory enters the system.
